Garmin Died so I don't know my pace. Was suppose to do a progression run with the last 6 @ moderate pace. Went with what felt good. Overall my legs feel good. They still need some recover to feel fresh but hopefully that will come over the next week. I feel ready and excited for the marathon. I do feel like my pace is a little behind for what my goal time is. I wish I would have picked up the pace on my long runs to feel more confident that I can keep the pace in the marathon. BUT...there is no turning back now. The training is behind me and now I just have to stay positive and go out and do my best. I am just happy that my knee has been feeling better and that is most important. Need to stretch and ice good. |
