22 miles @ 7:30 pace 2:44:44 I definitely had to push myself to keep the pace. I was suppose to run the first 11 easy and then pick it up to moderate pace the last 11. Usually when I do my long runs they are at a 8:00-8:10 min mile so I wanted to see how my legs would do to try to run closer to my marathon pace. It was a harder run, makes me wonder how I will run a 6:54 min mile in the marathon, but it felt good to run a little faster long run. |
