2 miles easy 8 miles @marathon race pace. I feel like I stayed pretty close to race pace the whole time with a little variation. I wish I new how to work my watch better so that I could see my splits. My ave. pace after 10 miles was 7:07 Finished with a 2 mile cool down Ran the Central Park loop today which was fun cause there was a race going on but my knee is a little sore after all the hills. I think next week I will do my runs on the Hudson to avoid any problems come marathon. One week to go! |
