Personal Facts:

I am from Alpine, Utah.  Married Chase Palmer in 2005.  We have three little boys(Chase, Jackson, and Jayden). We are living in New York while my husband finishes graduate school.  This past year I trained for the Salt Lake City Marathon in Central Park everyday and have discovered a whole new love for running.  I love it and have a desire to see how fast I can become!

how many? it also depends on how you are planning to approach the workout -- an all-out effort, or more like 5k race pace? maybe aim for just under sub-6 pace (2:56-2:59) and see how that feels, then adjust as needed depending on how many you are doing.

My plan is 8-10. I would like to do 10 if all goes well so maybe I will shoot for a sub-6 and try to keep it under for all 8. Fingers Crossed!
